“We used this luxury car/limo service for my friend Brie's bachelorette party when touring some vineyards in North Fork, Long Island. Our driver, Mike, was exceptionally accommodating. He popped a bottle of complimentary champagne as soon as we were settled in the Mercedes van, and served us all a glass. The van was gorgeous - brand new Mercedes with lots of nice upgrades. He made suggestions on other fun vineyards to visit that day based on what we were looking for. He let us have fun on the tours but would check in periodically to make sure he was ready to get us as soon as we were done, including running through the rain with umbrellas to make sure he was available when we were ready to leave instead of us having to find him outside. His wife even made us a beautiful cheese, cracker and fruit platter for our day! Later that night, he made a special trip to take us out into town because he was available and there were barely any cabs, and gave us an excellent price. The level of service was exceptional. Mike showed up right on time and patiently waited as all 12 of us got organized to take a big group picture. He then helped us all in the beautiful and brand new Mercedes bus and poured us sparkling rosé to get the day started.
